Discussion

We really like design #162, and we're ready to pick it for the winner if you can do a couple variations of it. We need to make sure that it looks good on www.codeworksplus.com and on our business cards. You can go to www.codeworksplus.com/testlogos.php and upload jpegs and it will output what it would look like in our current website.

I uploaded the new color variations -- entry #230 & entry #229 -- on your website , and it looks great! Looking sharp, too. :D
Thanks!

Hi,

Here's are four more variations -- entry #231, entry #232, entry #233 & entry #234. The gradient has been adjusted.

Hope this is more to your liking. Thanks!

With the last two designs you posted you are going in the right direction, but still not where we think we want to be. The designs right now look to "one-tone" and we are going for more of a "two-toned" look. If you use the color dropper in photoshop try using some of these colors (186ebb, 32a2dc, 001826). Please resubmit a few so we can look at them as well. thanks.

Hi!

Here are several variations using only the color codes you provided --- entry#241, #242, #243 and #244
Thanks!

I'm not sure if you just applied a color overlay to the entire thing, but we didn't want the background to come out blue. These are a little better and I can see the two levels of tone, the colors just aren't really there and the blue background pushed it off course a bit.

I think we should try a mixture of a gray/blue rather than JUST all shades of blue, it doesn't seem to have enough going on, perhaps use some colors from our site for this.

Removed the blue background. I designed this in Illustrator, I did not apply a color overlay because I don't use photoshop.
Another update combining blue and gray--- #245, #246 and #247.

We've been experimenting a little on our own with the jpgs, and we just made the + symbol white, and it looks a lot better I think. perhaps with the CWP+ or just the + being white in the next revisions would make it "pop" a little more. Thanks!

Here we go...entry#248, #249, #250, #251 and #252. Yes indeed, the white on "+" made it standout more.
The black background however can be removed upon submission of final deliverables. Thanks!

Pls check updated logo -- entry #253 & entry #254.

I'm not sure why you said I've placed the logo on a gray background since the ones I've submitted were on a black background. Perhaps it's your screen resolution that's showing the colors differently.

Anyway, I hope this is more to your liking so we can wrap this up as soon as possible.

Thanks!
