This is just a concept design. Since we lack of history information about brewery, main theme image can be replaced by anything that has more to do with your brewery...

Update. Was not sure about the Prussian symbol copyrights and allowed usage, so I used different graphics.
Also, there's plenty of space for placing additional information texts.

From an easthetic stand point #12 catches my eye more, but #18 makes more sense re: the brewery. I can already amagine the number of questions I would be asked regarding who the man on the label was. As far as #18 goes, you did not need to copy the Prussian flag exactly, just the tone and style of the eagle which I think you did very well. It has a nice old world, dominating nature to it that contrasts the structure and shades of the label very well. If anything I would take another look at the flag, or at #17. This image seems more dominating than the one you went with.

Lastly, play around with not using the word Brewery on the label. You don't see the word brewery on too many beer labels, nor do you see the word winery on too many wine labels. I think the contents of the bottle will suffice in communicating what we do.

Keep up the great work!

I like #18 better than the new submissions #29 #31 #32 . I really don't care for the font, if anything I would take it more masculine and more old school/traditional. You went in an opposite direction in my opinion. Some ideas:

Start with #18
Take the stars from the way you did them in #12 If anything add four more stars (7 is a signifigant number)
Try using a font like #22 or #30. Think big, heavy, masculine.
See if your light bright shade of green works for the font color in place of stark white.

I think white text goes better with dark background than green one. I've added some shades to gain even more exclusive feeling.
