I thought this was a rather clever take on the logo. The logo will need to go on a website and packaging and stationary so I think that they should be done with the thought of including it on a white piece of paper like stationary. So if there would be background color to the logo it should be contained in some kind of box or circle or something. I am wondering what this would look like on a white background by itself.
Ooh I just saw #15. I guess that is more of what I was originally thinking of. Is it easy enough to put her in some tank tops and leggings versus the dress and give her hair more like mine? I want to pass these by my partners but I have to say that I think #15 is more of what I had in the back of my mind.
Sure I will give it a go #15, I am on Australian time so bed is calling, you will see some changes tomorrow... I will also give you a look at a white background #13, #14
hair color should be red, and figure more athletic if you can. i really like it. colors are in the blue green and yellow family, ala cleaning supply did the font and use of vacuum cord. maybe stick a kid as a weight (holding it up) instead of featherduster? too much info? but i like!
Oops I just saw your last comments after I entered #19 #20, so #21 is the latest... "too much info?" is great from the designers point of view so be as pedantic as possible!! ;-)
love! maybe on the slogan, it should all be one color and the "green" should be green? could we also try one with the momma in a little fatter sillier font? although i really like the what you have done, (just want to see) :) you rock!
i really like the concept, but could we also try a more bold character? my concern is that she's too light and unclear when you step away a little. i do love it, but could you tweek her a bit. make her a bit more obvious i am attracted to the other character, from crazybird, but love your concept.
I am on it, may take a little while but I agree looks a bit whispy from a distance, its a shame that you cant see the logo close up because it looks better... but I suppose logos aren't always seen close up ;(
In reference to your design briefs, good to see your "workin it like every Momma should!" haha I think I have thought of an optional slogan ;-)
can we look at a different type treatment for cLean? I’m not loving the thin letters. can she change the period to a copyright mark? can we see the pants and momma in another color other than red (maybe kelly green? Red is hard and color-blind people can’t see it. also the feather duster a little bigger and bolder?
what is your other slogan option, and can you also try, clean and lean slogan in black
ok i made the updates, I replaced the feather duster and used the same font for the cLean, would you like to see her outlined? Or other clolors slogans etc...
i still like the lean in thin letters. love the character! if she were stepping on a stool or a cleaning item other than a step. could you also try slogan, " get lean while you clean" and i think i like the red. the only reason we asked for the color change was due to color blind people, my partner had said. but aren't they usually men anyway? thanks for your work!
I LOVE THIS! # 52. LOVE IT ALL ON SAME LINE! ALSO... COULD YOU CHANGE SLOGAN ALL BLACK, JUST EASIER TO READ. YOU ROCK LADY! ALSO, PERHAPS ONE VERSION WITH THE "LEAN A LITTLE LARGER?" I'LL GIVE YOU SOME MORE NOTES AFTER I TALK WITH PARTNER. 'THANKS FOR ALL YOU YOUIR WORK! CAROLYN
My pleasure, glad you like it, I have made the changes to #52 and also #55 is just a little twist on things for fun... Its 3.30am in Perth (oops) so I will be back online in about 7hrs :)
really like your last version,#52. wanted to know if you could use a peppier , brighter blue for the lean and make the pants the same color. thanks! love!
any chance of you making mom's head larger, ala cartoon, baby bigger, and feather duster bigger. i do like her stepping on the "M", and if the lean on the stacked clean momma was in cursive as well. i love all your work thank you very much!
