We are a residential home construction company that specializes in finishing basements. Our target audience are homeowners that are looking to add additional living space to their home by finishing their basement.

Finished basements can have 1 large open space or multiple spaces like more bedrooms, theatre rooms, full or half bathrooms, kitchenettes or full kitchens.

I don't have specific colors i'm looking for now. But I think blues and grays would be good. open to all color ideas right now. Not specifically looking for a black and white logo.

No specific ideas. Thought about a picture of a house with steps leading down to show a basement but not 100% sold on that idea.
