Hi Jefry, can you change the blue to be a solid color - 2 options for the bright blue and a navy blue. Also, can make "finished basements" larger so it goes the full width of the logo.

Can you put "Finished" in the 2nd row and move the stairs up to flank "Cincy" and have them stepping down the opposite way.
