I like the CA mark less - I think. I am tending to like the wordmarks more, as long as the font is unique, elegant, sophisticated. She has freckles too so if there is a way to use that while maintaining the elegance, it might be interesting. I am open to absolutely anything, even picture elements, so let your creative juices flow. I just don't want anything juvenille since she is younger. I want to emphasize - grace, sophistication, elegance, trendy, classic.

Thank you for your entries! They are all amazing and unique. I appreciate the effort. I seem to be leaning toward a really strong signature - something unique. Nothing too feminine. A strong C and a strong A. I'd like to see color behind it. Think of a poof of color somewhere or incorporated somehow. But, it has to look amazing as just a black and white logo. Thank you all!

Good Morning, thank you for the great submissions. As we near the end of the phase, I wanted to be fair to the designers working hard. Thus, I will do my best to keep the top 10-15 logos. Please keep submitting. You are all very creative and we appreciate your hard work!

Welcome to the final round!

Thank you for your effort. We are pleased with the designers in the final round. As you can see, and from our communication, we are not "sold" on any particular look or design. In fact, we remain quite open. What is key is this - we must have a logo that can be printed in black on a white background. This is required by the cosmetics manufacturer. However, we intend to print bags, t-shirts, etc. so we definitely want a creative element that can be displayed in color.

Please do not add any taglines or "cosmetics" wording on the logo. It should standalone.

Please also let your creative juices flow. Show us what you want us to see - we really appreciate amazing art. In fact, she is also an artist - so the more creative, the better. Also, remember that the "look and feel" for her first line can be found here: http://www.pinnaclecosmetics.com/en/Home.html

We know we like the following:

1. Strong fonts (please steer clear of juvenile, young, dainty fonts)

2. We like a strong "A" - please no lowercase

3. We don't want to use a font that is recognizable to another brand

4. We want to capture the feelings of trendy and elegant (yes, we know it is a tough one)

Remember, we selected you as our finalists not necessarily based on the logo you've submitted. Rather, we appreciate your work ethic, design portfolio, creative ability, as well as your willingness to listen and take direction.

As always, we intend to remain communicative and responsive. Please, if you have an idea - let's see it!

Best,

A & B
