#33 and #32 are promising. The grey ball in the center of #33 could be replaced with the star of a compass as a way to pick-up on the navigational theme. The mechanical center of #32 is not so oriented towards the software focus of the project. Maybe another shape in the center ?

The font size and logo size on #154 is slightly bigger than that of #144
Could you produce both the same size so that is easier to compare ?
#154 is really progressing well !

Needed #154 refinement: a font that keeps the character spacing the same. The C looks overly big compared to the other letters because it takes up more space. See #105 as an example of the spacing being equal for all letters. The font in #105 isn't so desirable but a similar font as #154 but with equal spacing would solve the big C problem in the text.

Second suggestion: maybe try some colour for the compass in the centre ? Maybe a darker blue or golden yellow ?. The colours are nice around the circle so it seems a shame to have a grey centre.

Could we also try #154 with angled transitions between the colours of the circle so it has the motion feeling of #105. Maybe with gaps between the colours and without gaps to see which looks better ?

Is there any font that is similar to #518 /same size, same widthe, proportaions etc) but without the breaks in the text (letters A R E) ?

My colleagues have come back with thier comments
They like #511 but ask whether the logo part can be rotated 90 degrees anti clockwise (or similar effect) so that the orange part is in the the zone 2 pm to 4 pm - in this way the yellow is pointing the way forward (at the moment the yellow is pointing downwards)
Then with the other changes already asked for we will be able to combine to the final design

Just one last set then :-

Please use #522 and #524 (with same text font and same size logo element) and put into logo orientation/style of #512.

The logo element size has change between 512 and 522 ! We just need to compare apples with apples !
