Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

Hi Rick. I have the new name ready to upload as a design option for you. Only the designer placed in first position can upload during judging (it's how the site is programmed), so could you move me into first so that I can upload the design for you. You can still change my position afterward if you wish, it's just so that I can upload your new design request. This applies to any designer you asked to upload the new name to, we each need a turn placed in first to be able to do this for you.

Hi Rick. Any chance you could place me in first so that I can upload the Time Out designs you requested. I can't upload anything during judging mode unless I'm in first place. It's the way the site is programmed - only first placed designer can upload during judging - once I've uploaded them you can change another designer into first - it's just so that I can upload the designs for your meeting on Tuesday.

Let me know if you don't want to see these designs and I'll stop asking.
