Designers, great work so far. My favorite so far is #16 because it depicts both a person making progress in their life AND a catalyst -- a person assisting that person. I want to make sure we don't limit ourselves to logos with people in them. I hinted at the beginning that WATER could be a metaphor. I didn't want to box anybody in, but I'm not seeing that yet, so let me throw out another idea... picture a stream or river... it has the power to generate energy... it has the power for someone to move a person from point A to point B very effectively. A stream can be like a catalyst, and it is a very organic way to depict the journey someone has in life. I would like to see some concepts like this, or other variations. But the ones submitted will also be very much in the running, and I'm fairly certain multiple concepts (people, streams and other ideas) will make our top 5. Good luck.
