Thanks for all the excellent entries that set the tone at the start of the contest. My favorites you've submitted so far are #3 and #9. I like #3 the best because of how it encompasses a "C" in the background with the gray circle. But I also like the more "uphill" layout of #9.
I can tell you looked up (or already understood) the definition of catalyst. Please avoid making it look too scientific / chemistry focused like I see in #7, #4. We are helping people through counseling services, mental health, job assistance, physical rehab, etc. Since you are one of the leading designers so far, I'd like to see a completely different concept that encompasses water... perhaps a stream moving from one place to another, but I don't want to be too specific. I'm going to include this in public comments too.
