Alright, thanks for reminding me. I'm a full-time marketing guy and a part time pastor, so I lose track of time. I looked at your present logo, added some shine and chrome and tried to make it sleek, yet masculine. Hope you like it. Jason

Here's another idea I had with the honeycomb grille idea behind the lettering. Kinda gives it a little more depth. Jason

Thanks for your entries. Your chrome looks excellent and is ranked as next to, if not, the best.
While we're open to completely new ideas, the design you submitted is very well done, but not a good fit for what we've suggested in some of our feedback... such as not having "World" and ".com" on the same line. It makes it look like our web site is at "World.com".
Please take a look at all of the notes we posted. The designs we have ranked basically look similar because we've been directing and providing input for that design.... so, as the Code of Conduct implies, you can submit your entry using the design that is being worked on, or you can try to propose a completely new design.
I've highlighted and summarized our feedback below that we submitted and hope it helps you with a new entry...
- We are open to any creative idea since we don't know 100% what we'd like the final logo design to be at this time, however, we are huge fans of the logo that International Trucks use for their LONE Star trucks...

- We have to have .com as part of the logo
- Since the three words "Car Show World" kind of get long winded, we probably need to have them in two parts on two lines. We'd like to emphasize CAR SHOW somehow (like all caps) and have World stand out on it's own (like being in script in bright red).
- "CAR SHOW" all in capitals, space in between words, sized taller than "World" to make it more dominant, in a more polished chrome, like in the "LONE Star" trucks logo... we think the font is Eurostile Bold Extended *****Like you did IRON in I65 Iron Oasis*****
- "World" in script font centered underneath CAR SHOW *****Like you did Oasis in I65 Iron Oasis*****
- ".com" centered underneath World
- Five Stars centered above CAR SHOW, middle star larger, then smaller stars
- More than five stars in the design is probably too many
- Stars are not required and, in fact, if we get a final logo with a lot of design elements in it, we may just use a version of the logo with the words only (when a simple logo version is preferred), but then use a full logo design with everything like stars, when we can be more fancy.
