Seeing the logo with a few suggested colors would be helpful.

No more than 2-3 colors utilized in logo. LIKE: red, black, white, grey .

A logo that involves the name and a graphical element representative of my business will be more likely to win.
Keep in mind that the logo will be used on website, business cards, letterhead, advertising brochures, give away items (pens, letter openers, mugs, post-it pads, etc.)

Feel free to be creative with concepts. The word and can be represented by the letters "and" or the ampersand (&).

We like the idea of having a silhouette (sp?) of the state capitol with a spine model inside for "capitol spine and pain"

New Austin Texas medical practice dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals whose lives have been affected by acute and/or chronic pain. Consistent with this mission are our goals to prevent acute pain conditions from progressing to debilitating chronic pain syndromes and restoring function impaired secondary to pain and injury.

Pain Management Physicians treat a whole gambit of painful conditions, from head to toe. Some more common conditions include: back pain, neck pain, bulging and herniated discs, arthritis, nerve pain, sciatica, whiplash, headaches, muscle spasms, post surgical pain, and other painful acute or chronic conditions


Logos that include creative designs that have creative graphical elements that represent our services will have a higher likelihood of winning the contest. Alternatively logos that are graphically unique while remaining conservative and professional and easily readable will also be strongly considered.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:
I would like to include the symbol of the spine or upper body in the logo with a bold font that has to be very professional and self assuring design.


Logo to work with both white and black background.

Requirements
Logo must be created in CS4 Abobe Illustrator.
Final version will be:
1. Created entirely in vector art (create outlines for type). 2.Needs to be scalable
3. Create logo in CMYK (or Pantone) and black and white
4. Final product must be usable for web and print.
5. logo to also be provided as a jpeg
