We like the use of a saguaro, but are interested in creative ways to incorporate it into our logo.
Would like a "mark" that we will be able to remove from the text and can become a "call signal" within our community. But, we need the text/logo for everyday use, of course.

@Kabay_pdgX It's just because of the area. We are looking for something with a bit of an edge. Thank you so much for your thoughts. Hope you had a wonderful morning!

I just updated the brief to include a short video of the workout and some designs that might give some inspiration

#14 Love the somewhat abstract Cactus Form coming in. Remember, we are looking for a mark that can translate across platforms, i.e. website, apparel, marketing materials, stickers, etc.

#9 and #8. Definitely a fun and accessible design. Certainly good for 'friendly' and 'fun'. Nice direction.

Enjoying diversity of options, including the abstract in #10/11. Certainly something that could be run with. Love to see the ideas on what can be done with this, but I do tend to lean on something that is more obviously, a cactus, though we want the mark that, when on it's own such as #5 would be distinct, not just any old cactus.

Many CrossFits have their mark's interacting with equipment, whether a kettlebell, barbell or similar. Interested in similar, though not married to that concept.

Thanks for contributing everyone!

#18 wondering if this concept might work with an abstract cactus in the middle of the CC mark?

#15 I like the T morphed into a cactus. Not too sure about the font - might be too playful. Maybe try something a little less round. Although I like how readable it is.

#16/17 is too muscular

Thanks all!

After looking at the ideas, we are really enjoying more of a mark that can stand alone if the words aren't there. Something that can be distinctive.

Looks like we are also staying away from character logos. Even though they are pretty clever!

#91 I like the abstract Cactus here - but need the font to be larger like in #132
#56 - I keep coming back to this one because it has an element of movement and it's easy to read - both words need to be readable from a distance
#125 - This one has all the elements, but the font isn't unique enough (while still being ledgable) - I like the movement of the parital circle and there is a cactus
#118 and #119 are great - just need the CrossFit to be easier to read (larger)

Here's a summary of my remarks:
1. an abstract saguaro shape
2. an element of movement
3. Cactus CrossFit needs to be easy to read from a distance -
