I know you are looking for a globe in logo....but showing horizon is also creative way to show it......

Could you do a couple more like # 21, but with different fonts?
And a little less purple coloring in the blue part.
Mature, masculine, sophisticated, fonts, no bubbly, no wispy fonts.
Something from dafont.com like VARSITY, or other sleek, preppy font.

Any chance you could make the bottom, black portion, look like a globe (just black and white with the outline of continents) like the globes in #2, #45 or #47.?
Also a blue like in #23 or #38, a bright royal or cobalt blue.

Try different things, it mus be legible, and it would be great to be symmetrical.

My boss just informed me, he does not like the font that you used in #55, symmetry is part of the sophisticated look he wants.

WOW, we really like #60, just not in that font.

#71 tried to bring symmetry......pls let me know what you think

I really like logo #67, but with the font (letter style) of #70, and with a solid blue color, like the blue in # 59, no fading blue.

Revised entry ready with font of #70 and solid blue as #59

the contest is in Judging mode and only 1st rank designer can submit......

What format will the logo be sent to us in?
Adobe Illustrator?

As per the guidelines of logotournament you will get .eps and .jpg file format
.eps is a vector file and can be open in Adobe Illustrator

If you want .ai (Adobe Illustrator file) then you need to provide me your email ID.....because .ai files are not supported in Logotournament upload page.....

I think we are going to select #21, we just want to make it the brighter blue like #75. And I believe we can do that in Adobe Illustrator. We really like the font in #75.

We really like a lot about #75 but some concerns were than some people may mistake the "B" for an "R".
Additionally, we wanted to be able to remove the sunrise for some uses and leave it for others.
