Our Ideas & Additional Information
You could use a square font, or a techno font, raised or 3-D fonts. No cartoon looking fonts or images. You could use dripping oil - see attached image of an oil droplet, put the "B" from "BWI" around the drops. Or stack and cascade the letters "BWI" in a nice neat clean-cut font. Or "BWI" with a faded globe in the background (global/international operations.) Sophisticated fonts, few colors, clean image. Not cluttered, not active nor hyper.

Wow, great job!
Thanks everyone, we really appreciate your efforts.

Okay, no more "water" droplets, we are an oil recovery company, our process just happens to also separate and clean the water that is mixed into the oily emulsion. We like the "Droplet" symbol, but not more in blue, maybe a black or metallic black or reflective black droplet, but the droplet image is not a priority image. A high-tech abstract image is also good.
Also, it is okay to use other colors, like black or anything else, our favorite colors are bright blue, like the image I uploaded, and grey or silver. We will definitely consider using others colors.

Creative fonts are good too, just not like graffiti or cartoon fonts, it must look sophisticated/mature.

Thanks again for the great entries, we are very excited to see such creativity.

On the website dafont.com
I like the "Accents Euro Transformers Movie by Alphabet & Type"
http://www.dafont.com/transformers-movie.font

"Astera by Nick Polarush"
http://www.dafont.com/astera.font

"Accents Batman Forever"
http://www.dafont.com/batman-forever.font

"ESP by Nick A. Lynch"
http://www.dafont.com/esp.font

But, please try different fonts, it must be legible, and it would be great to be symmetrical.

Feel free to submit your logos in different fonts, we are having a difficult time with the current font selection.

No bubble looking fonts.
No scrolling fonts.

Think strong, masculine, bricks, heavy duty, steel, fonts.
No more fading fonts, don't want the color to fade, just one strong color: bright blue, silver or black fonts.
