Color Preferences
I'm not terribly particular about which colors to use, as long as they aren't loud, and have good design reason for being included. Partial to earthier tones, I think this goes with the brand we want to build.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
The company is called Burro (just in case there is any question, burro is Spanish for donkey), and it was named so for the nature of the animals. They are pack animals (who carry equipment), beasts of burden, and allow travelers to reach locations they couldn't have otherwise reached with all of their gear intact. We are refurbishing classic Land Rovers to be used for off road and overland travel. These are very utilitarian vehicles, and are known worldwide for their reliability, capability, and verstility. As a visual reference, I'll attach one logo from a company called Overland Bound, which I like, but am very open to creative interpretation. I'm not looking for a copy of this badge, but I do like it. In addition, I'll upload a few visual reference images of series land rovers. NOTE: I would rather not include the Defender model of the land rover, as this is not really my specialty. Also I don't want to include Jeeps, because they're very different vehicles. Also specific to the graphic of the truck hanging from a tree: this is from a movie called The Gods Must Be Crazy from 1980. I don't want the word "antichrist" in the logo, for obvious reasons, but the movie is iconic to land Rovers and I would be open to graphics from movie stills of that film if someone has a cool idea about it. I'll upload some stills if I can find them.
