Discussion

Hi ysonmez, and welcome to this contest!
#4 is another suggestion in the "WOW" class. The colors, the stone, the 3D effect all please me a lot.
Beyond the comment I'll put out to everybody (about "BrillianTeams" as one word), I'd hope the "people" aspect can be strengthened.
Thank you for your contribution!

Hi ysonmez,
thanks for your new entries!
#12 is too playful for my taste, I am working in a business topic after all.
#9 is the strongest competitor to #8. I've taken one of the two out to allow you to focus. On both, I like the font. #9 is definitely in my "WOW" group.
My lesson learned: In doubt, I prefer horizontal layouts. Thank you for inspiring this insight!

About #10, I like the people focus and the dynamics it conveys, and I start to realize more and more that there is a lot about the "brilliant" that I'm definitely hanging on to.

By the way, meanwhile I've received friends' feedback about #4. I'm not sure you can ready the friends feedback section and/or understand the German, the gist is: my friends re-inforce the impression that the word "BrillianTeams" should be kept together.

I'm looking forward to your next entries, I'm enjoying your work a lot.

Hi,
I admit I'm behind on my comments...
In a competition between #14 and #15, the former will win hands-down. It's one of the best combinations between "brilliant" and "team" we have here so far, so it's clearly in the "WOW" group and so is #13. So far, many of my friends and associates like #9 and #10, so I' like to keep these ideas alive, even though other ideas get better marks at the moment.
I'm not sure I've already commented on #11 and #12. Both are too playful for my taste, and out of those I prefer the color scheme for #12 which keeps the word "BrillianTeams" intact and visually distinguishes it from the tagline.
So, #13 and #14 are close to the top of my lists, and #9 and #10 are popular, too, with friends and associates. I hate to admit: the *fish* has to like the bait, not the fisherman :-/ - I'll collect more feedback.

Hi,

thanks for the new entries #39 and #35. They are both great, and they vary in a number of aspects. I guess a mix-and-match is really great:
About #35, I like the "badge style" with the light blue background and the mirroring. About #39, I like the bright blue of the brilliant and the fact that the tagline is more readable. I also wonder how #39 would look like without the small badge (square around the gem).
Thank you! - Gotta rush :-)

Four more hits straight for the "WOW": #40, #41, #42 and #43. (In my mind, #41 is the same family as #35 and #39.
With every day passing, I'm "WOW"ed even more.

Thanks!

Hi ysonmez,
Thanks for these contributions. Could you please modify #13 to circumvent the similarity to #1 and #2? - to, me, what is central to what I like about #13 and #52 is the degree of elaboration of the gemstone, it suggests "brilliant teams are valuable" to me, and I'm sure you can convey in many other ways (ideally also bringing in some degree of softness or flexibility as expressed in a general comment a few hours ago).

I'm also wondering what a variant of #13 would look like where the stone is to the right of the text, so that the rotational axis of the stone is pointing upwards. I guess some people experience the slope of the table plane of the stone as dominant, for me it's the rotational axis. Probably because the stone has something like the shape of the tip of an arrow... One thought crossing my mind is that of an arrow pointing upwards.

Thanks again for your contributions!

Hi Yavuz,
thanks for coming back to the contest. As you can see, I really like your #14 and #42. I especially adore the arrangement of the people to the gemstone in #14, and also the combination of colors. It is one of my top top top concepts. I'd have two requests on those: Is there a way to make #14 emphasize friendship more? It currently looks fairly pointy, almost like a weapon. And I guess with some "shine" it would look even greater.

Thanks a lot and best wishes,

Josef

After re-ranking, I think the following could be real real good:
From #67:
- the colors
- general arrangement (graphics on top of text)
- the center piece (look of a brilliant from top)
From #42:
- turbine-shaped arrangement of the people (which I associate with joy, dynamics and contact with the environment)

I'm not sure six or three people give a better effect. Currently I like six more but I imagine that changing the shape as described above tips the balance between visual and empty space. Would you have any advice in prose?

Thank you thank you thank you! I'm getting really enthusiastic now! Thank you thank you thank you!

Thank you! - I'm speechless.

I can't imagine #70 or #71 being beaten - except possibly by #71 in the color combination of #70.
