1) lose the diagonal orientation of the logo and keep it horizantal with the text 2) the gradient is cool but it does not lend itself to scaling down. can you play with it a little 3) i like the font in #205. can you try it with that 4) make "marinade" bold rather than brand?
this design is growing on me. a couple suggestions if you can pull them off in time... i need to get the logo to look less like an ATT "raising the bars" commercial.
the "B" in the logo... can you make the 2 bars the same height (but still shorter than the M) with the inside dots in the "B"?
#223 nailed it i think. looks too forced with suggestions i gave you. i need to research and see how the "bars" will work with copyright stuff. seems like someone will have used something similar. thoughts?
is there a way to incorporate the 2 bars that make the B and the 3 bars that make up the M into a total of 3 bars? possibly lay the grey B bars inside the left and center bar of the green M bars? make sense?
i'm really loving your concept btw. simple, speaks towards growth, etc.
sorry to be so scattered. i think we can make the B standout (without forcing it or screwing with the balance) by connecting the 2 bars of the B at the bottom. no dots, just a solid capital B.
i like the font others are using where the "a, b, d" all share that common circular "a" shape. it's the same font a bunch of the other ranked ones are using. it makes the text more simplistic because it shares so many shapes and curves, versus the other fonts.
and, can i see the logo done with the M bars all equal height. i'm getting feedback that it conjures too much of the ATT "Raising the bars" commercials. i don't mind so much, but would like to see how the M would look if it was more squared rather than the progressive height.
