#36 -- I like the star. Have you considered other colors for it?
#37 -- I like that you are thinking graphically, but I am not sure what business message the circular arc conveys. One might even think that the star has fallen.

General -- I do think you have a concept worth exploring, and I look forward to seeing more!!

Thanks for the feedback...I like your idea of an additional color. Works well!
I will explore other options as well.

slight play on Microsoft office logo, and design incorporating the microsoft "blue bagde" itself.

#44 -- We would like to see a version of this with our slogan in initial caps instead of all caps.

Keep up the great work!

#51 -- We definitely "got" the badge motif, but are a bit uncomfortable about getting too literal. Our name itself is already rather audacious. the other thing is that the badge creates a large, empty space.

I'm leaving it in the running for now, so that my colleagues can stare at it for a while. Who knows... they might love it.

Please keep thinking and experimenting. Your design sense has our attention.

And, by the way, the gold star, in addition to being like a Texas Ranger's badge, also has significance within Microsoft. I had a imilar star in the amateur logo I created. But don't let that influence you too much either way. We are here to benefit from your creativity, not ours.

Not sure if there is any interest in the "shooting star. but here it is in gold!

#95 has some interesting ideas, but also some potential challenges (I'm sure you'll overcome them):

It is getting rather long, what with the "badge" to the left of the name. Maybe the badge could somehow overlap part of the name?

The stardust trail seems to imply that the star is flying from "Know How" to the "badge." I'm not sure this is wrong, it just got my attention.

Yeah, it is intended to be coming from "knowing how". I re-worked it to tighten up the logo a little bit.

#101 -- Looks much better and tighter. Now, however, the proportions of the letter "U" and the top horizontal you added to suggest a badge cause it to look like maybe it's supposed to be an "O" -- BLOE Badges.

Keep it up.

Also, if you have other themes we would like to see them as well. You have a nice sense of style and seem able to hit the balance of professionalism, freshness, competency, and playfulness we are thinking about.

we moved #102 down in the rankings because the gold arc is just too round and throws off the balance. All the elements are nice, but they just don't hang together after we've looked at it for a while. Maybe thre's just too much going on... I don't really know.

QUICK EDIT TO TRY TO MAKE THE "O" MORE LIKE A "U"

ANOTHER VERSION...I think this is nice because it underlines "BLUE" and links "Know How" to the star.
I will try to come up with some new stuff tomorrow.

#89 and #87 -- I'd like to see versions of these in which the word BLUE is not so heavy.

Thanks!

I created a few options with "blue" less heavy...Let me know if any of these are what you had in mind

It has been great working with you. Sorry for the controversy at the end there (I had nothing to do with it).
Anyway, I know at this point I can not submit any new designs, BUT, if you do choose one of my logos my goal would be to provide you with a logo design that you all are completely satisfied with. I am more that happy to make edits post judgement.

Thank Again,
FD
