#70 and #71 -- I am going to move these to the Not interested area.
However, I do like that you are exploring less rigid design ideas.
The problems with these particular designs are that they seem too feminine and that they suggest a butterfly. I do not know how a butterfly motif fits our business.

These are exciting ideas. It might be good to experiment with upper and lower case letters.
Also, the slogan Know How could be made smaller (or deleted if necessary).

#147 #148 #149 -- I don't think the lower case is going to work on the graphical part. It looks too much like a numeral 6.
My suggestion to experiment with lower case was in regard to the name, not the graphic logo.

#128 -- Might look better if the letters in BADGES were not so much thicker than the letters in BLUE.

#151 and #152 -- There is a lot to like, but you changed the color gradient in a way that seems to emphasize the "bad" in "badges." I am not sure that color gradients are adding value to these and other variations. when I compare them to your other ideas that use a single color (gold) for the word badges, the simpler one looks cleaner... less over-wrought.
