What We Do
BlackJack Sherpa is a physical device players take to the blackjack table to guide them on the optimal strategy of how to play each hand and how to manage their money as they win (i.e., it removes the tough game decisions and optimizes financial results so they can focus on enjoying the experience / adventure of the game and casino environment).

Logo will be laser stenciled on the device so needs to fit in a relatively small space (1" in height by 2" in width). The provided photos illustrate the placement. Note: the device was originally going to be marketed under the brand Chip Locker before being changed to BlackJack Sherpa.
Logo should include the tag line "Because it's a better adventure if you win"
The literal definition of a sherpa is: someone who serves as a porter or guide on a mountain-climbing expedition. In the context of BlackJack Sherpa the use of sherpa is a metaphor for the device & associated framework (see attached photos) which will guide the key decisions of players as they engage in the game. This is done in two ways: 1) the back of the device contains a basic strategy table (this provides the mathematically best action based on statistical analysis for every combination of hands) which players will use to make the correct / optimal game action in all situations, 2) the side of the device contains slots where players deposit chips every time the amount of their chips exceeds their starting buy-in balance. This removes chips from the game, and these chips are never reintroduced to the game (i.e., the player only converts them back into cash at the cashier). Removing chips reduces variance and creates a positive mindset where players 1) continue to make wager decisions based on their original budget, and, 2) never leave the game empty handed once chips have been deposited. For recreational players, religiously following these two steps (basic strategy and removing winnings) will produce the best possible expected results when they play. And since the players are free from making these decision on their own (i.e., they are provided by the sherpa / device) they are able to focus on the experience / adventure of playing the game and interacting with people in the casino.
