The symbol if you use one needs to be an abstract way of expressing "success" primiarily in work but also in life. No mountain tops or charts please. I don't know maybe a green ballon rising to the blue heavens that sort of thing...going Beyond expectations and Beyond the now and into the future and success. Thank you :-)
