We work with eye doctors to provide a superior exit strategy that allows them to sell their practice and retire.

Since this is a US company targeting eye doctors and the sale of their practice - which means money, negotiation, handover of ownership, I believe it should either be some combination of:
Black/Grey/Blue

This is all about communicating credibility, trustworthiness, and "ability to get a deal done".

Our process is sophisticated and the doctor can't do this on his own = GRAY
Our team would fit the common association of BLUE
We will hand-pick the practices we want to acquire so BLACK seems to fit below.

I think a stacked logo will look best so it ends up being square or rectangular in shape. (We are not looking to incorporate those shapes directly, however; many entries have included a square or rectangle).

It should have a focus on "Better Vision" on first line
"Development" could be on the next line,

Not sure if we need or want "Corporation" to be in the name. We can alternatively use "Corp" or "Inc" if it looks good.

Lastly, we have the URL. www.bettervision.us and are likely going to use that. It may look good in the logo although we are not trying to drive a lot of website traffic. The website will be minimalistic at best and may contain an application for interested doctors.

The logo is mainly the type font we choose and we are not looking to have our version of a Nike Swoosh. This is a B2B play.
