I like it but I don't need both the castle and the elephant. I like the castle but would want to clean it up a bit. I'm looking for something a little more refined and ornante overall. Perhaps adding laural branches on the sides of the shield behind the banner.

I like the elephant but not as a profile. I was thinking of something more like the MGM Grand logo but with an elephant. Very refined.

I really like the laural and the banner. Can we refine the shield a bit more and start to add some color?

I really like the use of the dark blue and the green in the laural. Any chance we can make the castle and the shield a little more ornate? Just add a little more detail to it overall. Kind of like # 96 or 98. And can we add a little detail to the flag as well? A white stripe or star or something. I really like the design and colors just want to refine it a bit more.

Instead of using the shield can we put the whole thing into a circlular emblem? But keep the design and colors.

Yeah, I really like this. Can we remove the little squiggley lines from the top though. Can we give the shield a bit of a border? to add some depth. I really like this but continue to play with it a little to spruce it up just a bit. Thanks for the submissions.

I removed the squigglies, and gave the shield some depth with shading. I will experiment with other borders as well. I am enjoying working with you, you give good input.

Thank you. I'm enjoying working with you as well. I actually like the plain light blue background as opposed to the shaded one. Can we go back to that? Also here is an idea for the shield to make it a bit more prominent,

I searched for lion, crest and seal on IstockPhoto.com and came up with some good results.

These seem amateurish compared to #98, not sure why #111 is in the lead.

Thanks for the new submission. I know it was my idea to add a border to the shield but I'm still leaning toward #111 for this design, minus the squiggley lines.

Thank you for your recent submissions. Some of our investors have asked to see some logos that are of a different genre. Thats not to say we won't ultimately decide to stick with the designs we already have. Please check out our updated contest brief as we haave made some changes in what we are looking for. Thank you again and we hope you will continue to submit new designs as we have extended the contest for a few more days.

I like the colors of your original design. I think we are now looking for a wordmark or web 2.0 design. We will be using it as the header for our website so its will have to bee similar to a newspaper or magazine Header, i.e. New York Times or Fast Company. I do like the colors and the laurel from your previous designs. Thanks for the new submissions.

Perhaps a configuration more like your previous design #99.

Not quite. We're hoping people will be able to identify the brand strictly by the make-up of the name itself. I think we are turning away from the idea of a shield altogether. Like the "Fast Company" wordmark or "New York Times". We're not above a little symbolism but we are looking for a distinctive font and coloring. I do like the laural and the darker blue color. Perhaps their is a way to work that in.

I like this but its just a little plain for us. This is more the idea of what we are looking for now though. If you search istock for "wax seal" you will find an idea of what we are thinking of for a symbol. We are hoping to combined that with a wordmark to use for our header and branding purposes. Thanks for the submissions. Kepp up the good work and thank you for being so flexible.

This is excellent. Really like the new direction. Nearly exactly what I had in mind. Can I see more colors and Fonts? Also thinking we could change the B in the seal to a "BR" or something, just to avoid the two B's right next to each other.

Also, I found another design I really liked. You can see it here, www.newamsterdamgin.com.
I was thinking about something similar but horizontal obviously with a background of either a city skyline or rolling hills and something similar to the dome of the Capital building with the slogan in the red script underneath the wordmark.

I like the new color variations in #195 and #199 but not crazy about the seal. Can we make it bigger and lose the star and laural in the seal.
