The graffiti in the middle shows a "U" ( in red) and "b" ( in red) and the black triangular part indicates an "A". Also the black part along with the circle with the top circle creates a symbol for a person with arms spread ( a teacher explaining). The entire center graffiti can be used as a stand alone logo without the wordings as well.
The three lines red, black and grey with three circles in top indicates people and they have been made in three different sizes and placed one inside other to indicate that they are at different knowledge level and each one is mentoring the one below it. In this case also the graffiti can be used as a stand alone logo without the text.
