I like the horse with the open book best, but would like to see the book slightly smaller and less dominant. Also the letter below should read WINDHORSE BOOKS. If possible, I'd like to see the lettering a little closer to the design and, slightly more bold The same applies to design 5 in terms of the lettering.

Hi Barbara, i just posted #41 & #42 as you suggested. Just let me know if you need more tweaking to fit your preference. Thank you so much for the comments. Have a great day.

Hi, I liked the smaller book in #41, but I think I'd like to see it even smaller, with the points of the circle extending down to the book. Also, I liked the font and spacing in the original logo better than in #41. It looked very classy. Especially with the word "books" below "windhorse" I just wondered whether the overall lettering could occupy a little less horizontal space and the font be bolded a little to compensate for the decrease in its size. You have a brilliant eye, and I certainly don't want you to compromise the beautiful design. I'm quite sure this is the logo I'll select. It's just a matter of weighing the slight variations.

Thanks.

Hi, just posted entry #44 with a smaller book and arc extended lower. I did make the font bolder slighter than 41 but i distorted it a little bit taller to make it a little bit prominent. Please let me know if you want any modifications on the font to make it perfect as well as to the icon and i'll be more than glad to do it :) Thank you so much for waiting.

Hi, I think I like the book the next size up--these ranking and order numbers make me crazy so I won't try to identify it by number. It's the one just before this last one. However, I like the lettering on the last one. The medium-size book seems better integrated with the overall design, don't you think? If you'll pass the changes by me one more time, I think we'll be good to go.

You are SO talented. Do you have a website?

Hi, if I've got these numbers right, it's the horse/book design of #41 and the lettering of #33.

Best,

Hi Barbara, thank you so much for bearing with me and thank you for appreciating my works and you make it even better as a very helpful client. I posted #45 with script font. It is not the same font as in entry no.33 but its almost the same. It is also one of the rules in Logo Tournament to avoid copying of font style especially in a word mark contest. Thank you for understanding. Excited to hear from you.

Hi,

I don't understand the thing about logo rules, but what I'd really like is the design in 48 but the print in 44. If this isn't possible because of some arcane rule, then I'll take 44 as it is. Which do you personally prefer--44 as it stands, or 48 with the print changed? (I don't like cursive fonts.)

Thanks for your patience.

Hi Barbara, i'm really sorry if i got you confused but here is #50 with the combination that you want. And I personally agree with you on this combination. It has bigger font and medium size of book its very nice. But i can give you both combinations because they are just minor tweaks. What ever pleases you more i think is the best because you have an eye for a good design as well. Please let me know if you need some adjustment in print and design so i can render them gladly. Thank you so much for waiting and have a wonderful day.

Hi Gelnud,

#50 is perfect! Now I just have to figure out how to notify LogoTournament that it's my choice.
BTW, do you have a website? If not, whom do you work for? A design firm?

Hi Barbara, I think its a great choice! Congrats to your new logo. Here are some links from LT that could be useful for new clients and regular clients as well.

https://logotournament.com/help/client/42
https://logotournament.com/help/client

You will be given an eps file (scalable to any size requirement of any printed media) and a jpeg file (smaller file for standard use e.g. email and web use) as the LT system allows. But i'll be more than happy to provide you of any format that you'll need and send it through your email address located in the digital receipt/contract that you will receive after contest is completed (my email address is also there but its not allowed for us to disclose any contact info until the contest is completed ).

It has been a great pleasure working with a client so responsive like you and i wish you all the best in all your endeavors. Btw i worked in some prestigious advertising companies here in the Philippines before in creative department but i prefer working now as a freelance designer (though still accepting special projects from them until now).

Thank you so much Barbara for a great experience collaborating for your new logo and also for a big patience of bearing with my local time schedule. Have a fantastic day ahead. God bless you and your family.

Best regards,
Gary
