What We Do
"Be the Billboard" is a keynote speech and book that is inspirational in tone, and conveys the ideas that people are capable of extraordinary things, and by taking this on can inspire others to do the same.

Color Preferences
Partial to blue, esp. royal or navy (Facebook blue or darker), though this is something that needs to be effective in black/white/grey and not rely on color to communicate.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Thoughts include using negative space to illustrate a billboard, perhaps against a city skyline, and which spells out either "BE" or "BE the BILLBOARD" on the face of the billboard.

I like the design sensibility of "Hotel Chain" logo (attached) and the cityscape element of the key logo (attached).

Is it possible to see the "BE" or "BE the Billboard" in a negative space?

Hey designers! Let me clarify a point: Be The Billboard is a keynote speech and soon-to-be book that is all about personal transformation and inspiring others. This is the primary message that needs to be conveyed through the logo. It MUST be inspirational in its presentation.

I would strongly recommend your visiting www.DarrenKavinoky.com and reading the pages about Keynotes and About Darren so that you can get a greater sense of what this is for.

This logo will appear on all the collateral materials concerning the keynote and may be in the book too.

FYI, the purpose of the cityscape is to communicate that the rectangular box is a billboard... it is not necessary to have a cityscape if you choose to communicate the billboard another way.

To say it slightly differently, the focus is that it is a BILLBOARD.

The keynote speech focuses on the idea that ALL of us are billboards, and therefore have the ability to inspire and influence others.
