BCI Construction Inc.Logo Design Contest

We have our current, simple, logo on everything! We need to make a transition between the old and the new logo. Currently - our colors are black, white and gray. Boring! We would like to add the color blue - the same that is on this template:http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/31692.html

When designing - please do not make a drastic change. Transition!

Update: I would like to add that although our website will be mainly black, all of our company cars and trucks are white so it would be important for the design to work on different color backgrounds. (also on shirts, hats, coats, etc.) Seeing different color versions of the same logo would be very helpful.
