This is a full-service landscape contracting company offering the following services: construction & renovation of landscape planting beds, irrigation, drainage, patios & hardscaping, fertilization, weeding/weed abatement, lawn mowing, etc. The target audience is upper-middle class and wealthy homeowners, as well as businesses who care about the image their facility presents to the public.

Greens and blues

This is a Louisiana based company, and the owner desires to communicate that local heritage in the brand by incorporating an image of the state of Louisiana. As it is a landscape contractor, the owner desires to also have a tree or some other plant element incorporated. In order to communicate both the plant aspects and the water management aspects (irrigation & drainage) of the business, the owner desires to incorporate both green and blue elements into the design. If it's possible to incorporate a paver-type pattern in as well, that would help with the hardscape communication, but we don't want the logo to become too busy.

I have attached a few AI generated renderings, but these are to provide guidelines not exact models. Perhaps incorporating the bottom of the word "roots", or even the plant/tree roots into the Louisiana coastline could create visual interest. We would also like to see some rectangular versions, where the Louisiana/tree/plant image is used as a separator for the words "BAYOU" and "ROOTS". Please use your imagination in providing options for evaluation.
