Maybe the name Badgeland could be black and some other parts of the logo in color... The examples are a little too playful now..

We really like the colors of design #1 but maybe the name of the company should just be written and maybe in a more normal color and then some grafical version of a badge or badges (buttons) could be that kind of colors.
