I wish there was something like this when I was a kid! I wanted nothing more then to be an astronaut when I grew up. I spent about 3 months eating nothing but freeze dried astronaut ice cream... drove my parents insane! Okay, on to the design. Here is a very iconic logo for your company. A large star with a backyard scene contained within. The logo is only 3 colors (saves you $$) and can easily be taken down to a one color version without using greyscale in order to make it work. Let me know what you think. Thanks, Glendon
Thanks. This is a side busienss I'm starting. I used to work at a Planetarium for 8 years and we used storytelling. I like the concept in your logo. I really liked the one with the telescope and kept, and ranked it. The economics as you mention are valid. At first look, I thought it was too simple but after sleeping on it and looking at it again, you may have something here.
I love the way you've parsed down the company concept into a simple and bold design! The colors are marvelous, but what's great is it will reproduce in print so cost-efficiently. Absolutely brilliant, Glendon. You are on fire, my man!
This is an excellent representation. eye catching but what "triggered" me was the depth of the star, drives curiousity, i say this is an inspirational logo. very nice.
I saw above that you mentioned the simplicity of the logo. That is actually a very good thing! The ideal logo is simple, elegant, economical, flexible, practical, and unforgettable. A few things to consider when choosing a logo.
