You're definitely one of my favorites. A couple of thought:
1) I'd like to see some different color combinations. Purple and green, purple and blue, black and blue are all possibilites. 2) I'm not happy with the spacing between the artwork and 'Babel' compared to the spacing between 'Babel' and 'Consulting'. Between Babel and Consulting it seems very tight. 3) The -IT Consulting and Security- line is very useful but I will want to leave it out in some design situations. I don't know if this is a problem.
I am most partial to #161. I like the shading on the blue in Babel. However, I also like the plain impact of the all black in #81. I know this is contradictory.
Hi. So many thanks for rank and suggestions. On line all considerations. 1. Some colors combinations. I can try with orange and grey, or orange and green, but i dont know if you like the orange. Even red can be used. 2.- Please check spacing. 3. Some with and w/o tagline, but dont worry about it. In the final files the winner designer can give you multiple version, even each element separates. 4. Version in totally black and white and reverse. 5. One version in reduced size, so you can compare how it look when reduce. This is an important element in your final decision. Again, feel free to add any suggestion or change. It's my pleasure.
I appreciate the quick response. You can ignore red and orange. And the purple doesn't work as text - it seems too weak. I think that blue and green or blue and purple will be the best way to go. I like the blue text with a gradient - it adds a lot of interest.
Now that I see a wider spacing I think the original spacing might be better.
I don't think the digital elements add anything to the artwork. I'm not as sure about the center grey dot but I'm leaning against it. Still can't figure out if I like purple and blue or green and blue, but it will be one or the other.
I think we are close. #219 is my favorite. I like the size of the lettering. Although I like the purple, I think the green is more professional looking. I also like the gradient where the middle is the lightest. Starting with #219 I'd like to try a couple of variations:
1) Can you give me a couple of different hues? I'd like to see a deeper blue and green and one with the same color blue and a deeper green. 2) Can you put the IT Consulting and Security on the logo? I'm going to eventually want it both ways.
I've also got a couple of questions about the process:

We like #235. Can we see it where the green is just a touch lighter and without the 'IT Consulting and Security' tagline.
