Top Three Things to Communicate
#1 - ".com" actually embedded in the logo
#2 - Current/Fresh/Relevant
#3 - Fun, not whimsical
Our Target Audience:
While we are open to all potential home buyers and sellers, we are most interested in career professionals, from various walks of life, who are forward thinking and appreciate and use technology. We will never be a snooty boutique, or a national franchise; our firm is currently a two person team. The environment, diversity on all levels, and our dogs are of most importance to us. Both members of the firm have advanced college degrees and have obtained industry designations. As individuals we are known for being fun and personable.
Color Preferences
No red, yellow,or grey . . . like the common associations of green, blue and purple, as well as orange, but definitely open to other colors.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
We are looking for something that is clean, crisp and fresh. Our logo will be used on various forms of media, from websites to yard signs in front of properties for sale. In our market, most yard signs are red and white or blue and white. We want something that is eye catching, but not obnoxious. We do not want something that looks like just another real estate company.
