For design #60 can you adjust the peaks on the icon so the second peak is higher than the first to symbolize growth? Also, there should be an s on the end of practice so it reads practices.

#102 is one of our top choices. Can you please make a modification? The difference in the height of the peaks is too extreme. Can the first peak increase a little so it's not quite as harsh?
Can we also see a black and white version?
