Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Our Apologise! This is the first time we are using this website, and with some of the work we see in other contests, we were excited into getting our logo created here.
Let's provide some track of thought....
Please have a look at the Portfolio of this website, and take a look at #46 by GraphicCat and #42 & #47 by hendraku....this is something that draws our attention immensley. We would like the idea of something similar using a Kangaroo, with an "announcement" of sport.
i will never understand how ranking is done in these competitions only the selected designers are always winning in each n every competiton (ones having atleast 2-4 winnings)/....new designers are never encouraged
@mary123 - winners usually indicate consistent quality - therefore harder to beat. Be a good designer and you'll win eventually. And winning isn't always about good design - but smart design...or lucking in on a concept that the CH likes.
Everyone knows that's a Parasaurolophus dressed up like a kangaroo...or maybe it IS a T-Rex with no teeth, a small head and disproportionate everything. ;)
Yeah, you said it, i'm made of steel :) My entry is a custom built concept while yours can look like ausscoffee.com.au kangaroo or any other aussie road sign kangaroo. Chillout man, it was just a remark from the dark past between you and me.
Just a note to lovemybrands, the CH actually requested the circular mod to the design (previously ellipse) as they wanted a circle to convey ball sports like football. The stars are the Aussie flag - but the right crescent is simply the completion of the circle - though I certainly can see your point. Kangaroo is simply a swooshed "fast" "sporty" rendition - only so many ways to make it fit :) BTW - I think there is snow in Australia (though I didn't intend to make a skiing 'roo'...I somehow recall seeing skiing part of the year in Aussie winters.
