I'm really liking #44. Could you try it with the child's head in gray? That is the color for brain tumors and then leaving the child in gold, which is the color for pediatric cancer... not sure if it will look weird though..lol...

oh...maybe try it with #20 since it has the gray around the letters? Maybe that would help tie it all together?
