I like you're idea of using the power symbol at the beginning of the text. Concept and composition looks balanced to me. I'd like to see a simpler font, both in all caps and all lower case though. I'd also like to see the edges of the power symbol smoothed out; I like a solid look, with subtle hints of texture - I like where you were going with this one - the edging is a bit much for our look. Thanks and nice to meet you:)

Nice to meet you too! I have a cousin (from Peoria, Illinois) up there for a year, teaching English in the village of Akiuk/Kasigluk. Is that anywhere near where you are?

I really like Entry#85. Thanks so much. I live in Anchorage, but I'm from Bethel which is the closest town to both villages. I'm actually traveling to Kasigluk in a couple weeks. I created this design the same day I submitted my first entry with the rougher edges on the power symbol. I decided not to submit it when you indicated you wanted smooth edges. However, thought I'd submit it now since you seem to be more open to the looser designs. Let me know if you'd like anything changed! Thanks!
