Two target audiences:
1. Real Estate Agents who can choose the escrow company. Agents choose escrow because good escrow officers and team makes them look good to their clients
2. Consumers in refinances and purchases of homes who choose the company based on trusting it
Demographics: 30-65, male and female, higher income, higher education levels, real estate industry
Trustworthy, reliable, high tech, connecting parties in a real estate transaction with communication
Keep the design simple and not messy without several colors.

Escrow companies are regulated like banks. This is a rebrand of an older company with a different name; even though this is a new brand for us to operate under we want it to come across as established and reliable
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Incorporate the arc as an arc between two ideas or two parties in a real estate transaction
Incorporate California either a cut out of the state or elements that are uniquely California
Want it to look trustworthy and established, professional, not cutesy or whimsical
Can say Arc California Escrow and not include the inc.
