Arbor Development Partners, LLC, is a Pittsburgh-based real estate development firm specializing in the creation of active adult, market-rate, and affordable housing developments. Arbor is looking to capitalize on the high demand for new construction (both market-rate and affordable products — sectors experiencing strong local and national demand) through the use of modular (off-site) construction which reduces costs and accelerates project timelines. Additionally, our strategic partnership with local government leaders provide Arbor with a competitive advantage. These factors position the Company for sustained growth and diversified revenue streams.

The target audiences to keep in mind for our logo fall into two groups; 1. tenants of our housing developments and 2. business partners in our development process (including equity investors, banks/lenders, local political figures, and other businesses we will work with to create high-quality and sustainable modular developments with). Both groups should view Arbor as a trustworthy developer that represents experience and attention to detail.

Green with black/grey accents as needed... probably more dark/hunter green than light/lime green... could potentially do some fall leave colors as accents as well

Arboriculture is the scientific and practical cultivation, management, and study of individual trees, shrubs, and other woody plants... Arborists specialize in trees, focusing on their health, safety, and aesthetic value. An arbor is also a word for a freestanding, often arch-shaped, structure for climbing plants, placed on a path or as an entrance.

We would like our logo to connect our roles as real estate developers (finance, architecture, design) to the roles of trees, the part of nature that helps make our properties beautiful and provides our raw building materials. Because we use off-site modular construction and then the houses are delivered by trucks to the property, our properties represent the meeting place of nature and technology.
