I like the speed that these convey, and the colors and subtle house image, with the AC too. Which do you like the best?

Here's my new submission. #84

The larger version seems to work well. Can we try a version where we:

1) eliminate the chimney (i feel like the windows do it, and make it slightly less representational of the house)
2) make the swoosh all gold not a fade (if you think this will work)
3) make his name all gold (or all black) - not sure how this will look, just curious if you tried this.

which of your designs do you think is the strongest?

we do like the first and last being different colors, but just curious about if it were all one color.

- #86... the swoosh, at the far right... as it trails off seems to be not as solid as that of #85 swoosh ending? Possibly it looks this way on black background?
- I like #83, but just without the chimney only. I like the window shape in this one better than say #86.

I like #87 and #82. Which do you think works better? We are torn despite ranking one before the other.

I think you were right to put the chimney in, so can we see #87 with chimney again and this design on white too?

I think #87 will works better in dark background, and #82 works better in white/bright background. Also I will give you option, how the logo looks like in 3D touch.

Megan, you can take 2 option,
one color: the logo will looks stunning in one color (gold) if you using black background.
two color: The logo will looks stunning in two color (gold and black) if you using white background.
I think you can take both of the logo (gold and black-gold)

What is 3D touch? Is this for stitching the logo to a baseball cap for example? Or is this the actual logo design? Just checking.

can we see #97 in all black?

And also a version of #97 without the house icon in the "C"?

3D touch, yes it's can be part of the actual logo too, what I did for you is call extrude 3D

can you give me an idea of your favorites? Possibly rank 3?

I prefer #102, because the color - gold ( color is part of the logo, make the logo more unique from others)

Can we get two versions of the logo (one for light background and one for dark background) for sure? Also, I don't have expertise to know if the logo file will just be the logo without the background and we can place it on whatever background we want? I have been thinking this is the case. Or does it come with the background and then we would need to have ones with different backgrounds to match where we are putting it? Sorry if this isn't clear the way I wrote it. Do you understand what I am asking? Thanks!

yes.
I will also provide the logo with transparent background, so you can easy apply or place the logo on many document/ background. The files is .PNG and .TIF

We actually want the 3 top ranked logos. Is this possible? 97, 82, 101. Same logo, just work on different color backgrounds.

one last request. can we see 97 with the swoosh that is faded?and 82 with a swoosh without a fade?

we like both the fade and non-fade, do you think it's important that they are consistent?

consistent is important, as long as related shape.
But for "faded" or playing with color in same shape it is fine, and give a unique variation.
Because you still can recognized the logo with well

The reason is easy to apply for color (print, t-shirt, web, etc.)
