to keep you on the right track, a short reminder:
> It should be possible to be put in front of some other colors like orange or pastel-colored blue/green easily
this means please don't include colors in the logo that cannot be put in front of orange

e.g. example #6, #7 and #8 cannot be put in front of orange, simply because parts of the logo would vanish into the orange background.

see where it currently says "allaboutjaser" written in blue in front of orange background on the top left part of the page? (just a placeholder, don't use it as a good design example)
**That's the position where the new logo will appear on the homepage.**

**Also it shall appear on white background on my business cards.**

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

Hey guys,

please stop withdrawing logos from the competition - especially if your submission is not marked as "not interesting".

Even if I have given you feedback asking for some revisions in your design, it is helpful for me to see your old submissions around, and to be able to compare and form my opinion.
