Hi Dan - thank you for your edits - may we please make the road a path, remove the solar panel, move the larger tree to the left and remove the small one, make the mountains brown and potentially not filled - in just a stoke, and simplify the vegas sign and again not fill it in. Thanks!

removed buildings, lines no more like a crop field, made water as road, added solar panel. left the vegas sign.
Again : i am really open to your vision.

i'm really open on what to remove if necessary :)

green/grass looks too much like farming and agriculture. Also symbols in cirlce may have too much going on. I like this design a lot, layout, colors, etc.

version :
toned down main text's boldness.
removed outer gear border, left only the inner circle.
All contents made larger.
moved slogan direct under text.

Thank you for your quick feedback! I think a little less bold on the "All-In" font (a simple bold font rather than an extra bold font). I like the way you have positioned Clark County - but can the tagline be moved directly under it. I like the circle contents however it is a bit small and hard to see - may we please lose the gear style border and make the circle and its content bigger? Thanks!

version : replaced abstract trees with an abstract yucca and a joshua tree.
added the vegas sign, and spaced a bit all the components for better balance.
All-In text bold, recolored secondary text.
added slogan.

As for font like the idea of All-In being prominent and bold but otherwise flexible

We are flexible with shape options but consider the outline of the famous Las Vegas sign or the shape of Clark County, NV
