Our Ideas and Additional Information:
I purchased the rigths to use a pin up girl. Please contact me at adudesigns@gmail.com, so I can email you the picture before creating a logo. I want the font to be unique and feminine. I want pearls incorporated in the logo somehow, rather the pearls are drapped around the letters or the pin up. If the letters are separated ALL can be separate or smaller but Dolled Up must be together. Please contact me for pin up if you are interested in entering this competition.
Thanks and good luck!

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Thank you for all the responses requesting the pin up. Note: If possible I would like the hair color and complexion of the pin up to be edited to a more diverse looking woman. Maybe she can have a more olive skin tone, look multi racial or her ethnicity can be unknown. I want women of all races to be able to relate to the products. Thank you in advance.
Hi All dolled up.....we are not allowed to use clip art/stock art in our logos(even if you have license to use) could you please verify with the company you purchased your logo from that it can be used in a logo/and/copyrighted? thanks.
To tint1: I purchased it from a royalty free site that allows the image to be used, I read and reread the user agreement. Thank you for your concern because I would not want to infringe in copyrights.
#4-7, the reason I am not interested in those designs is because they are not edgy or flirty enough. You may either use my pin up or creat a pin up. Thank you
So far the designs are good, but I want a very unique font, something different, also the colors are all fading together, I would like to see more contrast. I would like to see the background and the fonts be different color from one another. I would also like to see the dress not fade into the background, meaning you can change the color of the dress or the color of the background. Thank you
I conducted some research on different fonts to give you all an idea of what I like. The fonts can be found at www.fontspace.com
Font names: Ginga, Dirty and Classic, HolyMoly, and Showtime. Please take a look. These dont have to be used, but just a sample of what I am looking for.
I was wondering if any of the designers could use a silhouette of the pin up, Im not sure if this is possible just an idea, I really like the pin up but wanted something more diverse, if this cannot be done I will go on with this one, but I really would like to explore other options too.
First it was the rays, now the border with pearls. Please people, be creative and don´t take other´s ideas to make your designers. Now what, moons will also appear? Be creative!
Ok If I like some portions from one designer and other portions from other designers can I ask them to refer to the other or is that copying. I LOVE the black and white image by #91, but I love the fonts of #93, I love the brightness of #53 and the background and great feedback of #50. These are all different designers and I dont understand the designer ethic, I really want the best logo and the designer that can meet my companies needs to win, but I am getting great all the great piece to a great logo from different designers, what is the ethical thing to do?
Just say what you like/dislike and why , don't ask people to mimic each other... it could start WW3 ;)) I assume your ok to reference to particular designers, maybe a mods input?
Feeling a little frustrated with the design community at the moment - why is it that everyone has now a black/white or greyscale version of the pin up?? It was my original idea and now its all over the place...I realise that there is always going to be a certain amount of copy catting....as sometimes people have the same ideas....but I think that some ideas should have protection...thanks
