#36, Great interpretation of what we are looking for. We like the simplicity, the implied image of turbine without going to the complexity of using one as the logo.

#37, see comments for #36, but #37 has too few elements in the logo, and #36 works much better

#34, I like the format with logo above. However, the logo looks too much like and "eye". I think we need simplicity here.

#35, The comment on #34 is the same in that the logo looks like an "eye". Also I want to explore some alterntive layouts with logo either above or "around" the company name

#40, This looks good. Can you now have a play with the font. Perhaps Cap "B" and Cap "J". Also the font itself, perhaps a "squarer" edged version (looking for a corporate, serious, engineering image)
