ADGS is a 10 year old property development company in Adelaide specialising in medium to high density residential developments with a focus on location and lifestyle, whilst delivering an affordable product.
Most sites are within a 5km radius of the central city and offer townhouses with cutting edge design, with a committed team who have a keen eye for detail.
Target audience is people who want to live in a great location close to city at an affordable price without compromising on quality with a project that is delivered on time and on budget above expectations - think singles, couples, small families rather than large families needing a big backyard.
The Director is a strong, influencial & passionate yet feminine woman, with a proven decade of success in this company she started.
Logo is ten years old so it's time for a new one - reflective of the vision - to be the LEADING property developers and acquisition specialists.

Current logo has green, sky blue and dark grey with lower case adgs with an icon.
NEW creative, modern icon please - would be great if this could reflect 'property development' in the image
