Your six requests are OK.
Color palette using on #442 and #402 are same. The difference between those entries are the font used.

Hi Can you please confirm that when you updated the font for the words that you kept the colours for 402 the same?

Ok so these are the other things needed when you get the logo ready for us:
1) make sure logo has transparent background in final formats
2) give all formats needed - png, psd, JPEG, eps, vector, high resolution PDF and print and web versions
3) provide reverse colour option so it can be used on navy blue website background - so change blue to white (see example on website zybek.com.au)
4) create 'adgs logo' for favicon (without text)
5) Black and white option (I believe you include this anyway)
5) Reminder - advise the two fonts you've used
