What We Do
Provides assessment results, by location, of how to finance workforce housing through grants, loans, equity investments, and tax incentive financing. Follow up help in executing the results as planned.
Clients include employers, home builders, and rural communities under 50,000 population whose staff and council need a foresight on how to accomplish complex integration of costs to achieve their goals for meeting employer needs for staff housing. Target audience is ensuring credibility with a broad range of players in this space that include state and federal government, engineer planners, national employers, rural counties and towns. Staff are experts in public and private financing and government grant making along with past players in rural community governance.
Advanced 360 Service Center has a second aspect very desireable for soliciting workers to the employers by combining builder homes shown on-line and streamlining the mortgage process on-line for workers located anywhere that wish to move to take a job. They see the house design scheduled for that location and learn how their mortgage will be financed to know if they can make the purchase through various low and moderate income lenders (both government and private). This connectivity from anywhere is a key feature that is contracted for to be able to deliver.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
"360" stands for "all things must work together for good" on behalf of our clients
"advanced" means both first in to evaluate the needs and make recommendation of a pathway to successfully accomplish the workforce housing effort within a community and using advanced technology to provide a method to get a mortgage for home buyers on-line, from anywhere.
"service center" means to work on what benefits them (the client) as our first priority, with everything else secondary.
There is serious complexity in all the considerations with all the interested parties.
