how do you think it would look if printed in flat colors, like on a business card or a printed presentation?

would it get muddy?

we need something we can use on our website, on our emails, on our electronic presentations - but also on business cards and printed presentations

Glad that you like those, yes I have seen many logos printed with gradients, if you need the logos in flat colors of couse will give you some variations, also you can use both logos with gradients for website/email and flat colors for print.
