We are a real estate investment firm focused on large scale commercial and residential properties that takes a counter-intuitive, contrarian approach to investing.

We are open to suggestions. The logo should be two colors, with the "se" in "assea" being a contrasting color to the other letters. Probably want to avoid red, yellow or purple.

Please see the initial logo concept included. We are open to a variety of treatments and encourage you to use your imagination. We value simplicity and feel that some of the best logos are quite simple.

We are also open to having a symbol that goes with the logo.
