Love it! The only item I am questioning is the wrench-head size. I think I liked the original proportions better (like on #189).

And maybe a different font and/or color and/or size for Design Build Maintain.
But then again, it might be fine as is since there isn't much room below the wrench.
And the logo already has a lot going on, and we don't want to over-do it.

One final request!!! My wife isn't sure we need the fan on an angle.
